Pez candies are not usually something you would associate with faceless corporate lawsuits, but thanks to a recent suit filed in San Francisco last month, now you can!

Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

I followed the links, the couple are using the PEZ trademark without consent to make money in their museum.. and use the giant pez dispenser that they made to sell giant pez shaped boxed of pez candy with certificate that ir was dispensed from the giant pez dispenser. So I am pretty sure PEZ has legal grounds

Man what the crap, I bet the museum sell the crap out of PEZ for the company. I would find a cheaper candy to put in its place... screw the company...

Unfortunately they don't have much choice. If a trademark holder doesn't defend against all infringement they can undermine any future claims against others.

Pez needs something else to do with it's time.
